On August 22, 1998, 11 UFC vets competed in Extreme Challenge 20 in Davenport Iowa.

Pat Miletich and Dan Severn fought to a draw, as did Dave Menne and Shonie Carter. Jeremy Horn defeated Todd Butler via rear naked choke.

The other 6 UFC vets were:

Dennis Hallman (victorious), Jeff Monson (defeated), Travis Fulton (draw), Noe Hernandez (victorious), Laverne Clark (victorious) and Bobby Hoffman (victorious).
