Quinton “Rampage” Jackson self admittedly doesn’t like to get out there and train. He’ll whine and moan, but this time around Jackson has had extra incentive training for his bout at UFC 86 for Forrest Griffin, due to the fact Griffin is a super hard worker himself. “I come to fight and I train to win”, comments Rampage. “I trained my hardest in a long time because Forrest is a hard worker. I learned that about him. So I had to work hard.”

The two rivaled one another on The Ultimate Fighter 7 reality series and clash Saturday night at UFC 86 in Las Vegas.
