Tony Ferguson wins The Ultimate Fighter 13, gunning for Amir Sadollah next
Tony Ferguson’s stellar first round KO over Ramsey Nijem earned him the title of being “The Ultimate Fighter” for season 13 of the Spike TV reality series. Ferguson looks tremendous, is a fantastic athlete, great hands and head movement, can use the inside leg kick real well, and showed some nifty grappling in this contest as well. He definitely has a lot of promise at 170 and it’s good to see that the winner of this season’s TUF has loads of potential to make some waves at welterweight. And it appears he’s more than happy to jump right into the mix and take on tough challenger in Amir Sadollah, a fellow TUF victor. It would definitely be a very interesting fight, as Sadollah has ample heart and skills to go with that fortitude. But before Ferguson’s matchmaking potentially comes into fruition, Sadollah is scheduled to take on Duane “Bang” Ludwig in August.

UFC on Versus 5 set for Milwaukee
The Ultimate Fighting Championship Octagon will travel to the Bradley Center late this summer, as the UFC on Versus 5 show hits Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 14th. The event will mark the first time the UFC enters into the Wisconsin market.

Duane Ludwig vs Amir Sadollah
Cole Miller vs T.J. O’Brien
The Ludwig versus Sadollah bout promises to be a fantastic stand up duel. Both fighters are tremendous technical Muay Thai artists, and have adapted their craft well to the mixed martial arts game. Ludwig has struggled as of late, but is always a very dangerous and precise kickboxer. Sadollah’s skills on the feet are matched by his heart in the cage and should make for a very intriguing fight. Early favorite for Fight of the Night, based on the 3 rumored bouts thus far.
