UFC 132: Chris Leben talks about fighting Wanderlei Silva
I really hope both the jaws of Wanderlei Silva and Chris Leben are rock solid at UFC 132, because if they are in granite form this could be a middleweight showdown for the ages. The diversity of attack in the mixed martial arts realm makes it such a brilliant form of athletic competition. However there’s always a certain purity and sheer carnal entertainment which comes with watching two men throwing defensive instincts to the side and just swinging furiously with the aim to flatten his foe across the cage. That’s the sort of style that has allowed Silva to capture the hearts of millions worldwide, as well as Leben to be a fan favorite among the MMA faithful across the globe. If this goes the distance it’ll likely be Fight of the Night and in the top 10 for Fight of the Year.

UFC 132: WANDERLEI SILVA VS CHRIS LEBEN TRAILER
This should be a very exciting stand up fight at UFC 132. Wanderlei Silva is never shy about going out there and throwing bombs, and neither is Chris Leben. While Leben was attacked by a storm of strikes against Brian Stann in a KO loss, he still is the kind of fighter who will feel fine going out there and pushing forward and attacking. Even when he lost to Anderson Silva via a flurry of knees, kicks and counter-punches in under a minute, it didn’t face Leben from being who he is in the Octagon. Close fight but slight edge goes to Wanderlei Silva in this fight due to a slight Muay Thai striking advantage.
