Why do you fight?

It`s fun.

How’d you get into the game?

My old coach Graham Turner showed me UFC 1 and then I was hooked.

How would you describe your fighting style?

In ya face!!!

What’s your best strengths as a fighter?

I can adapt to any situation, I don`t care where the fight goes as I`ll be enjoying it.

What has been your most memorable moment so far in the sport?

Opening up my own gym, we’ve built up some really promising fighters who are just starting to make their marks on the sport.

What part of your personality shines through the most when you fight?

My determination, it`s kill or be killed while I`m in there.

What are your short term and long term goals?

Short term is to get back to fighting fitness, injuries are a pain in the ar5e.
Long term are to help the gym grow and get the fighters to the places they deserve to be.

What have you learned about yourself through MMA?

I`m a hard worker, having time for a job, family, gym, training and coaching doesn’t allow you not to be.

What life lessons have you learned through being involved in the sport?

Never judge a book by its cover, everyone’s different.
I’ve met some of the most amazing people through this sport.

Quote you live by?

Anyone can give up, it’s the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that’s true strength.

What’s the most interesting experience you had meeting a pro fighter?

I wouldn’t know where to start with that one, I know some seriously strange fighters!!!!

Any tips for new fighters?

Train hard and listen to your coaches, if you try to play at MMA you will get owned

UFC welterweight fighter Chris Lytle signed a four-fight contract extension with the UFC and will figiht Paul Taylor at UFC 89 in England.
